Website General Rules
1 - Hotel web Service and Online Reservation is in accordance with current laws in the Islamic Republic of Iran, a set of laws on Internet Crime and a set of E-Commerce laws and regulations.
3 - If guest does not come to hotel and does not cancel his room reservation 1 night will be charged for him as Noshow.
4 - The cost of accommodation for children under 2 years old is free and for people between 2 and 12 years old, if they do not use the additional service, half price is calculated , and if they use the additional service total price is calculated.
5 - 1 Extra Bed will be put on each room at the hotel. There is a Sofa on Suites, so Hotel open Sofa for 3rd person at suites.
6 - 10% TAX is included the Room Rates.
7 - Room Rates are included Buffet Breakfast, Parking, wifi Internet and SPA (at specified time) free of charge for the Hotel guests.
8 - Hotel does not accept any cheques, Visa or Master Cards.
9 - Reservation will be definite just after getting Tracking Number and Reserve Confirmation, otherwise your reservation will not be valid. Tracking Number will be appeared after definite payment.
10 - Guest has to give his Reserve Number, Voucher and Valid ID Card for check in. Otherwise Hotel cannot do the procure of check in and payment will not be refunded. For Foreign guests just Passport with valid date of Visa will be acceptable. For couples just Marriage ID Card will be acceptable, otherwise staying at one room will not be possible and they have to get 2 separate rooms.
11 – The legal age for admission in hotel is 18 years old. If the guest is minors, he will not be accepted and his payment will not be refunded.
12 - User has to fill out requested online booking information accurately and personal information in accordance with the name given on the passport / National ID Card. In case of non-compliance or incorrect information, the user will be responsible for consequences. The user can reserve for another person (On condition of self-satisfaction), but must commit himself to enter the information of the person who made the booking for him correctly and if the information is incomplete or inaccurate , The user will responsible for consequences.
13 – Maximum room reservations are 10 rooms. Reservations above this number must be made in coordination with the hotel. If the user book more than 10 rooms with different names, the hotel can cancel all reservations have been made.
14 – Laleh Park Hotel has the right to use the Guest’s information for sending gifts, performing promotional campaigns, sending emails, etc. In the rest of cases, the users' information is safe for the hotel and except for competent authorities, no information will be given to any person or organization.
15 – During payment procedure if your connection face any problem and without making reservation part of your money decrease from your account without any reservation, your money will come back to your account by bank and in this case the Hotel has no responsibility.
16 – All guests are required to observe Islamic regulations and the hotel's internal rules.
17 – If guest damage the Hotel Properties, Hotel will estimate the damages and guest has to pay expert fee by cash.
18 – Bringing Animals inside the Hotel are forbidden.
In case of Nonconformity of above Rules, Hotel has no responsibility for refunding guest’s payment.
